Amp Ally ("we", "us", or "our") operates ampally.com, an EV services directory connecting electric vehicle owners with certified specialists in South Florida. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

From consumers (EV owners): When you submit a service request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, zip code, and service needs. This is used to match you with relevant local businesses.

From businesses: When you claim a listing or create an account, we collect your business name, owner name, email, phone, website, city, and service categories.

Automatically: We collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

• Matching consumer service requests to relevant local businesses
• Sending lead notifications to businesses via email and SMS
• Processing payments for lead unlocks and Platinum subscriptions
• Sending transactional emails (claim confirmations, payment receipts)
• Improving directory accuracy and service quality

We share data with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate our platform:

• Payment Processors — To securely process payments for lead unlocks and subscriptions. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Cloud Hosting & Database Providers — To securely host our platform and store user data on encrypted servers located in the United States.
• Communication Providers — To deliver transactional emails (like receipts) and SMS notifications for service requests.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Consumer contact information submitted through lead forms is retained for up to 12 months from submission. Business account data is retained for the lifetime of the account. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

All data is transmitted securely over HTTPS. We implement strict access controls to ensure business owners can only access their own data. Payment data is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processors and never touches our servers.
