Terms of Service

By accessing or using Amp Ally (ampally.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Amp Ally is an EV services directory. Business listings are compiled from publicly available data and business submissions. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any listed business.

Listing on Amp Ally does not imply endorsement. EV owners should perform their own due diligence before engaging any service provider.

Lead unlock purchases are final and non-refundable. When you purchase a lead unlock, you gain immediate access to the customer's full contact information. Because this information is disclosed at the time of purchase, refunds cannot be issued.

Amp Ally does not guarantee that any lead will result in a confirmed job, sale, or customer relationship. Lead quality depends on the accuracy of customer-submitted information.

Platinum subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Amp Ally reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

Businesses that claim a listing represent that:

• They are the authorized owner or representative of the business
• All submitted information is accurate and not misleading
• They will respond to leads in a professional and timely manner
• They hold all required licenses and certifications to perform the services listed

Amp Ally reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion, including for violation of these terms or for reputational reasons.

Users may not:

• Submit false or fraudulent lead requests
• Scrape or automatically extract data from the directory
• Attempt to circumvent the lead payment system
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

Violations may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amp Ally is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Amp Ally in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
